Delivery and Collection
Delivery
We deliver to U.K. addresses only.
We charge £5.00 for delivering orders worth less than £100 . If your order is worth £100.00 or more, we'll arrange your delivery for free.
We aim to deliver within 5 working days of you placing your order. Some things (including your delivery locations, adverse weather and other factors outside of our control) might prolong delivery times: we'll contact you if this is the case.
Collection
You can also pick your items up from the Dive Centre (located at: 302a Abingdon Rd., Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX1 4TE, United Kingdom) if you choose 'Local pickup.' We offer this service for free. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Cancellations
Contact us.before we dispatch your order if you would like to cancel delivery or make any ammendments.
If your order has been fully delivered within the last 14 days, you can still cancel (return) it for any reason. You'll need to contact us and include your full order number (this can be found in the email we sent to you when you placed your order). Once you've requested a return (cancellation), you'll have 14 days to return the relevant products to our Dive Centre. We will refund you with the value of the products you've returned within 14 days of receiving them back.
Order Process
You can order by:
- browsing our website for products,
- adding products to their cart,
- visiting their cart and amending it if necessary,
- selecting a delivery method and
- selecting a payment method, completing the requisite details & paying for their order.
